Pittsburgh Concierge Therapy is an out-of-network provider. We are able to provide convenient, highly individualized services with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy 100% of the time. Due to declining reimbursement rates, clinics that accept insurance often schedule 2-3 overlapping patients, resulting in only a portion of your session being with a licensed physical therapist. We know from experience the best results occur when you have our undivided attention!

As an out-of-network provider, we do not directly bill your insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, checks, or cash. We will provide you with an itemized receipt of services after every session that you can submit to your insurance company. Most insurance providers will reimburse you directly for our physical therapy evaluations and treatment. The amount of reimbursement depends on your insurance provider and your plan.

Many insurance companies now have high deductible plans which means you will pay out-of-pocket whether you see an in-network provider or an out-of-network provider. Some insurance plans have separate in-network and out-of-network deductibles. Often, our fees are more affordable than what other clinics will bill you when you use your high deductible plan.
